Rumah BUMN Semen Gresik Invites 20 KOKOH MSMEs Benchmarking to RB Bandung

Rembang, July 11th 2024 – Rumah BUMN (RB) Rembang, which is managed in a co-partnership between PT Semen Gresik and its parent company PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), facilitated 20 of the best business actors in the batch 1 and 2 of the Kokoh UMKM program to conduct benchmarking or comparative studies to Inmons UMKM and Rumah BUMN Bandung, July 1-2, 2024.

The Kokoh MSMEs that conducted the benchmarking were Vera Damayanti (UMKM Kopi lelet cap Cangkir), Ummi Salamah (Akar Jawi), Sunyoto (Dua Ikan), Erlina Restu (Mina Food), Siti Suwaidah (Falinn Fashion), Hasan Busaery (Madany Lelet Coffee), Bhekti Meirina (Bhekti Art), Saroni (Orselo), Hawien Wilopo (Batik Gunung Kendil), Widya Wijaya (Keriyes), Suhartono (Agro Soya), Endy Rio (Snack Kukuk), Mastiah (Rohmah Food), Bella Ayu (Batik Sekarmulyo), Siti Kulifah (MC), Anita Utami (Pawon Anita), Oktavirasa (OKVISA), Totok (Pandawa Coffee), Irma (Saka), and Ardiansyah Priambodo (Arma Leather).

Senior Manager of Communication & CSR PT Semen Gresik, Sulistyono said, the sharing agenda with RB Bandung aims to share the governance of bumn house management and transfer knowledge from inmons, RB Bandung's fostered MSME which is the 1st BRILIANPRENEUR Champion on how to market MSME products that are trending and effective in 2024. In addition, MSMEs are expected to be able to learn the best practices that have been carried out by the Inspiring UMKM as learning to achieve success.

“As many as 20 MSMEs assisted by RB Rembang, we give them the opportunity to carry out benchmarking. It is hoped that they will be inspired, motivated, and able to expand their network, so that they can upgrade to the next stage,” Sulistyono explained in a press release on Wednesday (10/7).

In addition to RB Bandung, 20 Kokoh MSMEs also studied at ibunmall, a successful entrepreneur with a turnover of tens of billions engaged in baby clothes convection. Ibunmall is in Ibun sub-district, Bandung district. Despite being in a location that is even difficult to reach, ibunmall can maximize various e-commerce platforms to sell their products.

At this benchmarking, RB Rembang facilitators also gained a lot of inspiration and references to start and optimize the independence program of the Rembang BUMN House.

Meanwhile, Owner of Kopi lelet cap Cangkir, Vera Damayanti, admitted that she was very impressed and proud to be selected in the sturdy MSME program as well as having the opportunity to participate in benchmarking in Bandung.

“There we gained a lot of knowledge about management, to digital marketing. Later, we will apply all these experiences to our business and in the future, hopefully we can expand our marketing reach. Hopefully, RB Rembang will continue to advance and provide benefits for MSMEs in Rembang Regency,” she concluded.
